Wearing the @smiley X @sandroparis jacquard knit sweater, Nael is a model from @daisyanddukesagency who brings the diaspora to life through his bold and culturally inspired style.

Incorporating his heritage into clothing by mixing streetwear with cultural fabrics and in particular, jewellery that is traditionally worn by brides, Nael also incorporates his Bangladeshi roots into fashion while celebrating and empowering his identity and culture.

Shot at Ramezani Rugs in Wembley, this location is filled with a beautiful collection of designs influenced by Middle Eastern heritage and Islamic design. Nael describes it as comforting for him and his brother, who grew up seeing these Islamic designs everywhere and it just “feels homely to be around them”.
